Approach

We contact the identified and interesting potential candidates by telephone to find out more about their motivation, experience, competencies, personality and salary expectations. You then receive a summary report to help in drawing up your shortlist. You may also opt for Executive Research to carry out face-to-face interviews, either independently or alongside a representative from your company.

If you already know the name of a potentially interesting candidate and their current employer, we can acquire the additional contact information and approach the person in full discretion.
